My Man on his Birthday

Yes, I do smell Birthday Cake

Yes, I do smell Birthday Cake

Yes, today is my special day. How it becomes so special? Well, today is a bornday of my very special one.
He reaches his thirtysomething today. hehehehe.. Welcome to thirty something’s world bee. It’s quite a long journey life in this world for thirty years, dont u think so? In thirty years old, you must be wise and mature already, have been trained by facing many things, meet many people, been enough of get someone special, love someone, to be loved by someone and lose someone. Been enough experiment of getting or not something you want. And there He goes.

Have some age means u have to get ready for more responsibilities, not only for yourself as a human, but also for ur family, community, your nation, or maybe to this world. Ready to facing new life with more obstacle ahead. And for that, u need more spirit, more believing, more focus and many other more.

Birthday maybe is just a day. People could say, birthday is Greek’s product that turn a moment into number, and turn it into date, represent when u was born. Or maybe is just a day when u have to pay for ur friends lunch. Or just another day to party and get drunk, like there’s no other day. it could be just a day.

Me myself, like to see birthday as a moment when He decides to create me and put me to my mom’s belly. To memorize all my parents story about the day. Because on the day we was born, many things could happened. Maybe ur fathers stuck on the way to hospital, or maybe it is a day when new comet just arrived in your town, or maybe the day when you was born is anybody last day on earth.
For that I choose to be thankful to God, because he creates me with perfect body, perfect eyes, perfect lips — and put me on sexy belly, put me on my family that finally put me on this desk, meet someone I <3 love, ready to pursue my dreams and types it here on this notebook to share.

Dont forget to bring me “sambal Bu Rudy” ya sweetie (I’ll tell u about this sambal later :p).

He already said on Al Asri 1-5, “People who didnt use their time well is in a big lose”
I dont want becoming that kind of people, so I wont stood my seconds over for saying this: I heart u birthday boy! Will be always beside u. Amin.

Happy Birthday Bram Prasetyo, SIP, MM!

Happy Birthday Bram Prasetyo, SIP, MM!

*note : a day after we will have Great Day, Idul Adha!!
Dont forget to shaum arafah anyone, its an easy way to filled up your account! (since 2012 would be not so long — Hohoho). Ciao!

Being Popular or being Professional?

November 23, 2009 · 2 Comments

Remembering when I just arrived at the office and the package was there, right on my desk. It looks so much fun. Dont judging first ya. lemme finish the story first.

And heyyy.. thats me on the cover. as a badminton model for Astra Magazine. They gimme that picture with ellegant frame as an appreciation. It’s a thank you program, indeed.

Sometimes, it happens. again and again. When somebody not on your command line ask your help to support their activity. Being a model (it happens many times to me), being a MC of the event, from the formal one until just for fun event (I moderate at least once a month), being a guest guide, presentator or any other kind that didnt use your competence in the office (reason why they hire you).

What do you think of this?
Now, i often deny this kind of job, because outside of the office, I do this job professionally. Besides, there is no such kind of this activity in my job description, rite? I have to admit this is short way for being popular at the office, but they hire me to do the social responsibility thingy, not as public relation or human relation or any division that related with this activity.

I think have enough of saying YES of this proposal as a new employee. Recently, Mostly for unformal activity, I boldly says NO! But still, it lefts me a guilty feeling after rejected the ‘thank you’ project. I still accept the thank you project for formal event. I have another consideration for formal event, which involving my boss and board of management to get an exposure for my carreer. Besides, formal event do the activity in order than informal one. What you have to do is just reading the flow of the schedule and the activity run smoothly. In Abang None, it said as protocoler thingy, in line with the reason why Abang None is still exist until now. The Government need them as protocoler (their job description is doing the protocoler thingy).

Lemme get this thing straight. Professional would get u on popular box. But popular not always represent professional. Thats Why, I’d rather known as ‘professional essy’ than ‘popular essy’.

Get it in positive way, use any chance of it as a media to learn it more n more. Never satisfied with what you have. Cause in life, what u need isnt just a brain, but a heart and behave a-t-i-t-t-u-d-e, again atittude. Bismiillahirahmanirohim, atittude. Godspeed!

Accessories is A Must Stuff

November 12, 2009 · Leave a Comment

It completes you.
I adore the elegancy of being simple and look professional. But sometimes, it’s fun being playful and put some accessories on your style. Yes the world wouldn’t be so much fun if the member is just Angelina Jolie that plays plain and classic every time, well Mari Kate and Paris Hilton put some playful colour on it.

Me and my family enjoying accessories so much, that’s why we love Alun-alun Indonesia, Grand Indonesia. It is so refreshing and even it’ll refreshing more when you continue it with Fountain Show. Yeehaa!!
Alun-alun Indonesia becomes so much inspiring, mostly for my sister who starts to run her business as accessories maker and also a dealer (Yes, I push her :p). The market is around her and I believe She can. Even she sells chips that made by my mom in her elementary age. Business blood is in her body, indeed.

Next DIY: After statement necklace, my next project is hairpiece. Crazy about it. Gonna push my sister to buy what I need to make it happened.

Short message: Bee, at the time u visitting me, would u please accompany and buying me sm hair piece in ambassador as a gift because I’m already being a good girl, being invisible and say yes on your command yesterday, please. I really want some :p

Why Everybody speak Javanese?

August 7, 2009 · 5 Comments

Recently, I’ve been invited by someone to go along with Pestaphoria XL tour in East Java. So there I am, have a tour in Kota ‘mbledag mbledug’. Pertama di Ponorogo, Malang, Blitar.. Aargh.. Jawa kabeh!!

She likes Student from East Part of Indonesia’s University much more. She said they loyal and (again) tough.

I beg u pardon.
Tapi masuk akal juga sih mengingat Kerajaan Majapahit pernah begitu besarnya. Eh, tapi kan Kerajaan Sriwijaya lebih besar!! Eh?!?

Anyway, Malang cantik banget kayak Bandung, Jalannya kecil dan banyak gedung tuanya. Plus banyak Apel di batu. Ponorogo mirip sama suburb di Jawa Barat. Hehe, target audience nya pun mirip sama audience punya ‘Sejati’, kalau konser di Bekasi :P (hehe, did I say Bekasi = suburb?).
1 porsi Sate ayam Ponorogo yang bumbunya sangat yummy (warnanya oranye terang tapi rasanya kayak kacang plus lengket2 nikmat gitu) hanya seharga 9000 rupiah sajah. Waooowww.. What a city!!

*muyah muyah muyah* Senang!!

Batak-ers

August 3, 2009 · 15 Comments

For Me, Sumatera’s girl, Its a bit rare for me visiting another part of Java. hehehe.. Kalo Sumatera kan udah sering banget tuh dari kecill. Sebut deh kota apa.. sebut. :p Lil bit strange since actually I have Java’s blood in my body. (I usually call myself: Pejabat : Peranakan Jawa Batak). Asli Hutasuhut. Nah Lho?

Pantesan kita sama-sama oke. Walopun ga sempet menang jadi Puteri Indonesia :P (Sempet menang lah di Jabar jadi Puteri Indonesia Jawa Barat 2007 — sebelas duabelas lah sama Zizi, ya kan Zi?) Hehehe..

Saya sempat bingung nih (ok, ralat: masih). Ntar kalo kawinan pake Baju adat apa ya?

Sumpah mati saya sukaaa sekali dengan tas anyaman tasik, sendal bali, kalung lombok, klomp geulis, baju bodo, Kalung Makassar, Cara Dandan None, Heyna India, duh saya sukaa sekali Produk Budaya Tradisional. Tapi kalo gini caranya, gabisa pilih satu dong. Atau ikut adat calon suami saja kah? Atauuu..
*triiinngg*

Boleh ga sih, secara saya lama di Bandung, Saya pilih Nu Art sebagai tempat trus Saya bakal pake baju kebaya (Mas Raden Sirait, sponsorin doong atau Mas Joko Sasongko, hehe, I love masterpieces from them both), terus makanannya makanan padang (Ayam Pop dan dendeng Balado, nyam nyam) pake hiasan khas Rumah Gadang di Meja sama campuran makanan Jawa, pake Gudeg gituu (dan Mie Jawa. Nyam-nyam) (Eskrimnya dicampur karamel Gula Jawa), plus pake cemilan-cemilan Jajanan Pasar yang enak-enak (walau kalo kebanyakan bikin batuk… hehe), dekornya campuran gebyok Jawa dicampur India (jadi abis akad langsung naik pelaminan gitu). Jadi campur-campur gituu. Hehe.. aneh ya? Maksa ya?
Saya pengen banget yang nerima tamunya anak-anak abnon, warna warni bajunya kan lucu banget tuh. Asyiikks.. Ato temen2nya Ghea ajalah. Terus Bandnya, umm, harus nyanyiin ‘Can I walk with U – Desree’ sama soundtracknya Aladin : A Whole New World. Ummm.. Annemarie Sayang, mau ga?

Hehe.. pertanyaan saya sekarang: Masih ada ga ya yang mau nikah sama saya ga kalo gini caranya?
Huehehehe.. (Keliatan Ribet ya, padahal maksudnya ya Campur Sari gitu, Simpel, Gausah pusing mikirin harus sesuai sama adat mana :P )
