Carry on many things in your head is a heavy thing
Carry on many things alone is heavy thing
Carry on many things in longer time is multiple the load
and sometimes, time flies away, things getting rough, annoying people comes (ieuywh) and also traffic (mostly in Jakarta) put you in a situation.

Just start fixing things, from a little one, low hanging fruit one, since there is no option for u to just put it on and being a chicken. pok pok pok. hehehe..

Because fellas, It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way you carry it.
Be tough, be positive, be the best that you can be.
Not easy things to do, but have a faith in you. Open up your laptop, play your favourite mp3 and finish thing.

Indonesia in International Pageant

Got a massive blackberry messenger message lately from many relatives, talking about Indonesia participation in the Oldest International Pageant, Miss Universe in this 2010.

So, the chosen lady this year from Indonesia, Qory Sandioriva, has already gain her controversial from the very first performance in Puteri Indonesia 2009 (Here in Indonesia we couldnt translate “Puteri Indonesia” into “Miss Indonesia”, since there is two different national pageant, Puteri Indonesia and Miss Indonesia, long story short, Puteri Indonesia Winner would be send to Miss Universe while Miss Indonesia Winner would be send to Miss World). Back to Qory, this beautiful lady that represent Aceh in Puteri Indonesia said in final route, live in national television, that she didnt use veil in that competition because she thinks hair is something beautiful. (This is matters for Indonesia people that mostly moslems for putting away the veil for joining such beauty pageant).

What could I say, in fact, she never use veil in her daily activity, yes she has Aceh’s blood but she live in Jakarta from the day she was born. So, people this girl is nervous on the stage so she just said whatever in her mind, that she thinks would be a beautiful answer! What I know, the Puteri Indonesia winner would be have full trainee for a year, contains from beauty class, gym class, english class, culture and art class and general knowledge class. All in the first quality package. So I think Yayasan Puteri Indonesia would make a “well done” version of Qory for Miss Universe 2010.

Have you ever heard about the horse, father and boy story?
So there is a father with his boy going to the market to buy a horse. After they got the horse they want and decide to go home.
1) Firstly, the father put his boy in to the horse and walk, people said what an unmanner boy, he let his old father walk.
2) the father change the position, now he is riding the horse, while the boy’s walking, people said what a poor boy, his father didn’t care of him.
3) then, Two of them ride the horse together, people said they dont have heart, let the pity horse get tired.
4) lThey both walk beside the horse, people said they fool, there is a horse, but they didnt use it.

people in my bbm talking that Qory saved Nadine (Nadine Chandrawinata, Puteri Indonesia 2006) cause her awful english make a shame of Indonesia. They said Qory even worse than Nadine!

Somehow, somewhen, there will always some people judging, no matter how brilliant we are! they always find and try to expose silly things about something they dont like. We as a human, sometimes do mistake also, so we should have a very open minded head to see things. No need to judge. It is simply the judge’s job. Or greater, it is God’s Job.

I dont think Qory’s answer is a good answer for sure, but I appreciate and respect her choice to answer the challenge to participate in Miss Universe 2010, something global. It’s not something easy!

Although, there is some paradigm I fell nowadays, the line between smart or not smoothly changing into you are smart enough if you can speak english fluently. Well, I can’t fully againts it, since most of failure not coming from the lack of knowledge but the lack of communication skill. Oh well.

Celebrate the birthday, even its not an achievement. So what to celebrate for? How about we celebrate the birthday to thank God what He already gived within “that number”. I love to stop a while and make another wish for the future. Too bad, I didnt make this candle blowing with my hubby soon to be. Thank you for all the sweet thing love. Its ok, maybe God has His Destiny to let me enjoy my last birthday of being single.

Friday is the most favorite day of mostly worker in Jakarta. Why? because on Friday night we can catch many hype places around and chilled out until it closed without worrying much about tomorrow. More over for people like me, who have to sleep before twelve and lose my conciousness on that critical hour. hehehe…

And Again Thursday is a day before friday. It is not Friday of course.

Luckily in our way to the center stage, we met casually with my Company Managements whose offer us this wrist band that can use as entrance ticket to all performance that showed (even, we can watch those all from balcony with red wine).

Too Bad we DIDNT KNOW about that, and enjoy the show with the crowd, just like as ordinary guest.

The Marketeers Event: What is your Resolution?

Held on February 22, 2010 in The Marketeers office, I was invited as The winner of The Marketeers gatrhering to formulate what are we hope to happen in the next 10 years for our contry. i’ve been told that on the event my prize as a winner would be given by our Sport & healt Ministry, Mr. Andi Malaranggeng.

Go up and all the invitees have to take a picture first with Mr. Hermawan Kertajaya as the host of the event (with the Marketeers background of course). Then, we are all gathered in quite small hall inside the building. Surprisingly, there are many great people inside. Oh oh.. I have to talk to all of them.

My favorite guest was seated beside me, Anita Moran from Go Girl! Magazine. On the event she tells me about hows she and her Moran Sisters running their local magazine business, individually – since they are not franchise magazine, whose already have big name outside. In our casual conversation, she slightly said quite cute quote,

“If u look ugly when u are wearing a cloth, it is the clothes fault, not ur body!”

meanss, dont have bad judge on your own body. There are many many many kind of clothes and fashion mode outside, just pick a cute one, have it matched with ur own personality (or just adaptize to match with what u want to be perceived by others )
